This is a grilling method that the chef saw previously at a restaurant in Bordeaux, France.The restaurant roasted it using Cabernet Sauvignon wood, but ours, of course, uses Muscat Bailey A wood.Enjoy meat dishes unique to wineries, infused with the distinctive aroma of grape vines, along with red wine.
